🧭 Stage 12 — SSL (Let’s Encrypt)

Make sure all services are running over HTTPS and encrypted connections

Step 1 — Enable SSL (Let’s Encrypt) in Virtualmin

I go into Virtualmin:

Manage Virtual Server → Setup SSL Certificate → SSL Providers
I configure it as follows:
✔ Domain: webworkbench.co.uk
✔ Mail domain: mail.webworkbench.co.uk

🌐 Step 2 — Confirm HTTPS is working

I test in the browser: https://webworkbench.co.uk

I confirm:

Padlock is visible (secure connection)
No certificate warnings
Webmail loads securely
Virtualmin panel is encrypted

🧱 Stage result

At the end of this stage:

SSL certificates are active (Let’s Encrypt)
All web services run over HTTPS
Mail system is encrypted (IMAPS 993)
